"I didn't originally write a review, but since you decided you wanted to take this public, let's take it public. - **YOU OPENED A NEW AUTO INSURANCE POLICY IN MY NAME WITHOUT MY DIRECTION OR CONSENT**. - You then changed your narrative and said you were UPDATING my auto policy to "modern" insurance. - You failed to provide a notice of material change - which is required in the state of Texas. - You failed to provide the details of the new policy such as: new insurance limits, new deductibles and other attributes of the changed policy. - You failed to fulfill your obligations under Texas Insurance Code Section 551.1055 governing changes to Policy on Renewal. Texas courts have established that you have a duty to keep me informed of changes so I can stay safely insured. You and your agents breached that duty. - You refused to respond to any of my emails on this matter. - YOU broke this 15 year relationship I had with Statefarm with no claims, 11 of which were here in the State of Texas. - YOU broke the trust I had in you as my agent to protect me and my assets from liability. - I took my insurance elsewhere and filed complaints where applicable."
